Daily Operation Of Liquid Automatic Filling Machine

The small liquid automatic filling machine is suitable for packaging various liquid materials, such as edible vinegar, beverage fruit juice, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, chemical liquids, etc. Although it is a small machine, it has a wide range of applications.

1.When operating the small liquid filling machine for the first time, place the equipment horizontally to ensure that the body is level and the four machine feet are stable.

2. Before each use, fill the material tank with clean water (or 75° alcohol), put a rubber hose over the discharge pipe (avoiding the horizontal sealing copper block), and lead it to the sewer (or recycle it). Start the machine and run it for 5 to 10 minutes to flush the pipeline. Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards.

3. Fit the plastic tape core of the packaging machine onto the tape shaft and adjust it to the center line based on the forming device, so that the tape can maintain a consistent width on both sides during forming. Then tighten the screws on the two fastening sleeves respectively, and adjust the spring pressure of the film tension adjustment device to a moderate level, so that the material bag can swing freely after automatic traction and the braking is good.

4. After passing the material tape through two tape passing tubes, insert it into the forming device to ensure that the material tape is symmetrical on both sides. Adjust the date to the current date. From top to bottom, they are XX year XX month xx day.

5. Adjust the vertical heat sealing temperature to 140-1700℃ and the horizontal heat sealing temperature to 200-250℃. The specific temperatures should be carefully adjusted based on the material and thickness of the material bag at that time. Preheat for 20 minutes to bring the heat-sealing die head to a constant temperature before formal filling production. After that, as long as the power is not turned off, there is no need to preheat again for continuous production.

6. Adjust the position of the bag-feeding connecting rod on the variable crank to obtain the required bag length. Adjusting it inward shortens it, and adjusting it outward extends it. First, cut off the main power supply and then make adjustments. When making adjustments, loosen the fastening nut on the slider first before turning the adjustment knob. After adjustment, the fastening nuts should be tightened again before starting the machine.

7. Adjust the position of the quantitative pump rod of the automatic liquid filling machine on the variable crank to obtain the required filling volume. Adjusting it inward reduces the volume, and adjusting it outward increases the volume.


8. During normal production, simply press the switch button of the automatic liquid filling machine without any further adjustment. The production quantity for the current shift will be automatically counted by the counter. When the roll material tape film is used up, the machine should be stopped immediately, a new roll material tape film should be replaced quickly, and the three-way valve of the quantitative pump should be turned to the circulation state to stop the liquid supply. Only after a new material bag is formed can the liquid supply be resumed and production can continue.

9. When there is a large amount of solid matter in the filled liquid, filtration treatment should be carried out in advance. After being used for a period of time, the non-stick cloths of the vertical and horizontal seals will wear out. At this time, the cloth-clamping tubes can be loosened to adjust a certain distance. After tightening, it can be used normally (do not wait until it is completely worn out before adjustment).

10. The vertical and horizontal heat-sealing copper blocks should be inspected regularly, and the debris adhering to them should be removed in time. Otherwise, it will seriously affect the heat-sealing effect. When cleaning, do not use metal tools or sandpaper to scrape, otherwise it is easy to damage its working surface and make it unusable. After cooling down, use a cloth or wooden tool dipped in organic solvent to wipe and remove foreign objects.

11. Methyl silicone oil should be regularly applied to the vertical and horizontal sealing non-stick fabrics (several times per shift) to extend the service life of the non-stick fabrics and enhance the heat sealing effect

12. When abnormal phenomena such as loose sealing, bag connection, or leakage occur during heat sealing, it is strictly prohibited to lift the bag by hand or with any tools. The machine should be stopped immediately for handling.

13. Before leaving the factory, all the action procedures and mating dimensions of this fully automatic small liquid filling machine have been adjusted to the best state. If maintenance is needed, experienced technicians should be invited to record the mating dimensions of the component before disassembling.
